These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Organic Quality Management (OQM). By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your account and all activity that takes place under it.

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without authorization.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use OQM only for lawful and legitimate purposes. The following are prohibited:

  • Engaging in unlawful, abusive, harassing, or disruptive activities on or through the platform.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or network infrastructure.
  • Uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
  • Scraping, harvesting, or systematically collecting data from the platform without written permission.
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing platform access without authorization.

Violations of acceptable use may result in immediate account suspension or termination at our discretion.

Service Availability

We are committed to providing a reliable and performant platform. However:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.
  • Scheduled maintenance or emergency downtime may occur with or without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.

Billing and Purchases

Access to paid features, licenses, and reports is subject to the following:

  • All purchases are billed as described in applicable pricing plans and checkout flows.
  • Payments are processed securely by our authorized payment provider.
  • Licenses are valid for the duration stated at time of purchase.
  • Refund requests are handled case-by-case and must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, trademarks, and branding belong to OQM or its licensors.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute platform materials without prior written consent.
  • Your own organization data and survey responses remain your intellectual property.
  • By submitting content to the platform you grant OQM a limited license to process and display it for service delivery.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • OQM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death and personal injury.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do:

  • We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
  • Material changes will be communicated by email or a platform notification.
  • Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
